Privacy Policy

Make No Mistakes ("MNM," "we," or "us") sells configured, refurbished enterprise laptops and provides guided onboarding. This policy explains what information our website and checkout collect, why we use it, and the service providers involved.
Information we collect
- Order and contact information: name, email, shipping address, order notes, selected payment method, and optional social handles or newsletter choice.
- Transaction information: order number, amount, payment status, and payment rail. We do not receive or store complete card numbers.
- Website and attribution information: pages viewed, referral source, campaign parameters, Google advertising click identifiers such as
gclid, browser/device information, and anonymous analytics client and session identifiers. - Messages and survey responses: information you choose to submit through contact, feedback, or onboarding forms.
How we use information
- Process, confirm, fulfill, and support orders.
- Schedule onboarding and communicate about delivery or support.
- Measure website performance and determine which marketing produced a checkout or confirmed purchase.
- Prevent duplicate order processing, fraud, misuse, and security incidents.
- Send marketing email only when you choose to subscribe.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics and may use Google Ads to measure visits, advertising clicks, checkout activity, and confirmed purchases. Google may set or read cookies and receive device, browser, page, campaign, and pseudonymous identifiers. MNM sends purchase events only after our payment system confirms settlement, and uses the order ID to prevent duplicate conversion reporting. We configure the MNM site not to enable Google Signals or ad-personalization signals through our analytics tag.
You can limit cookies through your browser and manage Google advertising preferences at My Ad Center. Blocking analytics may reduce our ability to attribute an order, but does not prevent checkout.
Service providers
We disclose information only as needed to providers that operate the website, checkout, payment, email, shipping, onboarding, analytics, and security functions. These currently include Netlify, BTCPay Server, Square for card payments, bitcoin payment infrastructure, Microsoft for order email and scheduling, shipping carriers, and Google Analytics/Google Ads. Their handling is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Sale of information
We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose customer information to unrelated parties for their independent marketing.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, provide support and warranty service, maintain business and tax records, measure advertising, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use access controls and purpose-limited systems, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information that is not required for an active order, legal obligation, fraud prevention, or legitimate business record. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in each message.
