Do I need to be technical?
No command-line setup is required for the supported MNM onboarding flow. We walk through it with you. More advanced projects and integrations can take additional configuration.
What exactly happens on the live call?
We help connect your supported AI provider, set up OpenClaw or Hermes, and connect Telegram. You finish with your agent replying to you, plus tips and a next step to try.
Do I have to choose OpenClaw or Hermes now?
No. We can help you choose during onboarding. The purchase includes the prepared laptop and help with either supported starting setup.
Is there a monthly fee?
The laptop, onboarding software, live session, ongoing email help, and customer Telegram group are included in your MNM purchase. Your model provider may charge a subscription or usage fees separately. Optional tools and APIs can also have their own costs. Additional hands-on remote support from our third-party partner is paid separately.
How do I message the agent?
The supported starting flow connects your agent to Telegram on your phone. Here, “text your agent” means Telegram messaging, not ordinary SMS or iMessage.
Does all the AI run locally?
The agent runs on your laptop and uses the accounts and tools you connect. The supported setup can send requests to your chosen model provider. Running a large language model fully on the laptop is a different hardware requirement.
What if I get stuck later?
Email help and the customer Telegram group are included on an ongoing basis. If you need additional hands-on remote work, we can point you to our separate paid support partner. Included support does not promise unlimited scheduled consulting or an immediate response at every hour.
When will it ship, and when is onboarding?
We ship the same day or next day, seven days a week. We send scheduling details when shipment is confirmed; book a session after your expected delivery. Transit time depends on the carrier and destination.
What laptop will I receive?
A quality-tested refurbished enterprise laptop with Ubuntu, at least 16 GB RAM, at least 256 GB SSD, and a charger. Brand, model, and cosmetic condition vary; photographs show example units.
Can I use a Mac Mini or a computer I already own?
Other suitable computers can run an agent. MNM includes the prepared laptop, onboarding software, and live help. If you prefer to do your own setup, the comparison and hardware guides explain the tradeoffs.
What does a separate laptop protect?
It gives your agent its own computer and lets you choose the accounts and information it can reach. Connected accounts and services still need sensible permissions, and AI can make mistakes. During onboarding we help you understand the supported setup and how to review its work.
Can I return it after the call?
Yes, eligible returns are available within the published 30-day return window. Using onboarding does not reduce the refund. Read the complete return policy for condition and timing requirements.
