What exactly happens on the live call?
We help connect your supported AI provider, set up OpenClaw or Hermes, and connect Telegram. You finish with your agent replying to you, plus tips and a next step to try.
Is there a monthly fee?
The laptop, onboarding software, live session, ongoing email help, and customer Telegram group are included in your MNM purchase. Your model provider may charge a subscription or usage fees separately. Optional tools and APIs can also have their own costs. Additional hands-on remote support from our third-party partner is paid separately.
Does all the AI run locally?
The agent runs on your laptop and uses the accounts and tools you connect. The supported setup can send requests to your chosen model provider. Running a large language model fully on the laptop is a different hardware requirement.
Can I use a Mac Mini or a computer I already own?
Other suitable computers can run an agent. MNM includes the prepared laptop, onboarding software, and live help. If you prefer to do your own setup, the comparison and hardware guides explain the tradeoffs.
