30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

How the guarantee works

1. Email orders@makenomistakes.shop within 30 calendar days after carrier-confirmed delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return so we can improve the product.
2. We will send return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Ship the laptop within 7 calendar days after receiving the label.
3. Return the laptop, charger, and any accessories included with the order. Normal setup and reasonable evaluation are permitted.
4. After the return is delivered and inspected, we will issue the refund within 5 business days.

Refund amount and method

We refund the product purchase price actually paid. Standard outbound shipping is included in the product price and is not deducted. There is no restocking fee for an eligible return, and using the included onboarding session does not reduce the refund.

Refunds are returned through the original payment method when practical. Card purchases are refunded to the original card. For bitcoin or Lightning purchases, the refund is based on the U.S. dollar amount shown on the order receipt, not the amount of bitcoin originally paid or a later exchange rate. We will coordinate the refund destination securely with the purchaser.

Return condition

The guarantee covers a normal trial of the product. Before returning it, remove personal files and sign out of personal accounts when practical; MNM will erase returned storage as part of intake. The guarantee does not cover:

• Accidental damage, liquid damage, abuse, theft, loss, or damage caused by unauthorized hardware modification.
• A materially incomplete return, including a missing laptop or charger.
• Orders returned after the deadlines above without prior written approval.

If a return is damaged or materially incomplete, we will document the issue and contact you before making any refund adjustment. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Hardware problems

The money-back guarantee is separate from the included 30-day hardware warranty. If the laptop arrives damaged, is materially different from the published minimum specifications, or develops a hardware problem during the first 30 days, contact us promptly. We will work with you on troubleshooting, replacement, or refund as appropriate, and MNM will cover authorized return shipping.
